Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

Today we would like to present you an efficient contribution towards supporting sustainable production and resource conservation in the cable and wire manufacturing industry.
The new Automatic Bobbin Unwinder ABU24 makes it possible to simultaneously, gently and quickly feed up to 24 braiding spools back into the braiding process, thus reducing costs.

SUSTAINABLE AS WELL AS RESOURCE- & COST-SAVING

The new ABU24 is the perfect machine to quickly and automatically return the winding material remaining on the spools to the recycling process. The spools do not suffer any damage and can therefore be used over a long period of time.

Important device details at a glance:

  • Enables up to 24 braiding spools to be unwound at the same time
  • Autonomous process – no supervision necessary
  • Appropriate spools:
    • Diameter of mandrel 23 mm (standard version)
    • Spool outer diameter up to 100 mm
    • Other spools with different inner and outer diameters possible
  • Suitable for different winding materials, e.g. metal wire, plastic, natural, glass and carbon fibres
  • Complete loading and set-up in less than 5 minutes
