In order to process and examine your hints please try to be as specific as possible when formulating them. We kindly ask you to give us information about who is affected by your report and describe the facts oft he case as exactly as possible stating place, time and number of incidence. Your willingness to be available for further questions will support us in our efforts to clarify the matter.
After reporting – What happens next?
After receiving your information our internal reporting office will process your report within a framework of strict confidentiality and principals of fair and lawful processing of all parties. In addition further internal and external bodies may be involved in the internal investigations.
Reprisals in any form that result from reportings to the internal office are strictly forbidden. They will be properly examined and appropriately sanctioned.
