In our 1st newsletter edition for 2021, we present you a new dimension in performance with the high-performance Area Flood Lights and Area Lighting of the LQHP80 series. The focus of this new development was on extremely high performance in a compact design and extensive accessories. This gives you high flexibility for most diverse Machine Vision applications.

The high power lighting series with 64 high-power-LEDs complements the product range of both Area Lights and Area Flood Lights.
The most important features at a glance:
- Irradiance of more than 5.0 millions lx (16.000 W/m²) realizable
- 80 x 80 mm big light area with 64 LEDs (available wavelengths from blue to IR)
- Fast application adaptation through simple exchange of the Lens Arrays
- Diverse possible combinations thanks to different diffusers and filters
- High performance, integrated controller technology for permanent, switch or flash operation modes
- High speed trigger inputs and brightness control
- Highly flexible 3D-cable outlet
- Standardized LUMIMAX® M16-connection
- Compact housing design with protection class IP64 = easy use in even very limited installation surroundings
- Mounting threads on the rear and all sides of the light frame

Mounted standard frame with clear screen (ALK)
- LQHP80 is ideal for reflected light applications
- Irradiance of more than 5.0 millions lx (16.000 W/m²) realizable
Practical Lens Array
- Easy lens exchange: The lenses are already arranged on a pre-assembled Lens Array
- Radiation angle can be adapted to the size and distance of the test object
Mounting frame with slightly diffuse screen (ALD)
- For better light scattering, such as minimising reflections
- Alternatively: Diffuse mounting frame on top of the clear screen – increasing light dispersion thanks to larger distance between diffusor and the LEDs

Highly diffuse screen frame (DL)
- LQHP80 as homogeneous backlight with a luminance of up to 4.0 millions cd/m²
To the product configurator „Area Light“
Polarisation filter (POL)
- For the reduction of distracting reflections a polarisation filter can be additionally mounted on each of the above mentioned exchange frame options
